The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) promotes surveys and studies on customer satisfaction and the benefits of quality models in order to capture the needs of customers in more advanced way.
ESQR’s customer surveys and studies are carried out through telephone interviews, face to face interviews and internet surveys. ESQR’s surveys, through its members’ network, create forums for the exchange of ideas on customer satisfaction.
ESQR’s customer satisfaction surveys enable organization and decision-makers to:
• identify their current and potential customers with their needs and expectations
• use the information in more innovative and meaningful ways
• develop future scenarios
• actively develop links between organizations and their customers
