Case Study
Case Study

The fundamental concepts of quality management are important for all sectors of the economy; however, their implementation requires a selection of suitable techniques and tools to meet specific needs of each sector. The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) has developed comprehensive and insightful case study programs for organizations and companies enabling them to:

•         Get a full understanding of existing quality management processes

•         Detect gaps in quality management

•         Carry out problem-solving steps applicable to quality management
ESQR’s case study is based on an in-depth investigation of the applicant organization or company, by analyzing information and reporting the results. Once the review process is concluded, the organization or company receives a detailed report on its quality management strengths, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
