The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) believes in the promotion of quality through international events and global conferences. ESQR’s Quality Endorsement Programs, such as the European Award for Best Practices, the International Diamond Prize for Customer Satisfaction and the International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality, serve as enablers that bring consumer understanding and confidence.

Quality Endorsement Programs, through Quality Conventions, award giving ceremonies, conferences and seminars, research, recognize and rank companies worldwide in their efforts in quality and innovation. The programs are headed by Dr. A. Arista. The events are held annually in global cities of Europe.
